Frank Florin – Owner and Principal Investigator

    • 30 years archaeological experience in the Upper Midwest (MN, WI, IA, ND, SD)

    • Experience in project management, GIS, Phase I survey, Phase II site evaluation, Phase III data recovery, and NAGPRA
